i took about a two week break with my dad visiting and us being major foodies. i did try to go to overboard, and found myself back on track a few days ago and pretty close to the weight i was before i fell off the wagon. I also started exercising (last night was day 1 of my 30 day challenge on EA Active for the wii) and feeling pretty motivated to knock out 15 more pounds before the end of the summer and ride the wave into fall!
