my different habits are writing down all food and caloric beverage, weighing my meat, thinking about my order before we out to eat. I really need to get on the exercise band wagon and have started doing some gentle yoga.

Thank you, I think when you are so overweight like I was, it's actually an illness. So glad I'm getting better. I found a yoga studio I want to ck out and they have community class on Saturday. 😁
