This was unexpected!! I haven't started my workouts yet since the flu, but that'll possibly be tomorrow or this weekend. We walked a lot yesterday ... maybe that's the reason for the drop. I also sat and read a book for a very long time while my boys played, so maybe it's the weight of stress that left my body. 😊 Either way, it's a great drop! That's on 1800 calories, not tracking macros, and not exercising right now due to being sick.
164.6 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
