Well I admit I ate badly yesterday. I started off straight. Then I had McDonald's for lunch. I had a McRib and fries and unsweet tea. Then went on a date night with Hubs to Chili's. 2200 calories on the day. He left out this morning and I eat healthier and less when he is on the road.
Praying for peace and all during his absence and giving trust that he legit quit dipping. That is insidious so I don't know how I would know if he did or didn't quit. I have to work on my trust issues because he isn't a liar. He is very upfront yet, my fears are inherent to distrust people.
Anyway, have a busy week ahead and it is only Wednesday.
