I just need to stay motivated and tell myself constantly that I want to run the Two Oceans next year. I can't believe that 2 years has gone by and I haven't made an effort to stay healthy and look at me now. I actually miss partaking in the Wednesday night 10km races. Anyway, baby steps for me - I can't even stay on the cross trainer for 15mins. Well, I let myself go - now I need to push myself till my body starts craving it. Please check up on me regularly - I don't want to fail this time round. Keep it up!!!
