Started beginning of March at 240.. Completely changed my diet, eating more times a day with smaller and measured portions, eliminating almost all additive (bad) sugars. Using the WW Plus Points system to help monitor how much food eaten compared to what I should be. Walking/Jogging 6-7 days a week (about 4-8 miles per day). Drinking lots and lots of water. March 15th, 228 lbs, and March 20th, 225 lbs. I have 20 more to get where I want to be. Taking a short beach trip at end of May, so am very excited to get in the best shape possible by then.
Eating lots of Fish, nuts, beans, fruits (in moderation), vegetables.
