Weight is up a couple pounds overnight, I wasn't expecting that since I did well with eating and exercise. I raised the incline on the total gym yesterday so last night's workout was the toughest yet. Guessing the gain is just water retention stemming from that? We'll see how it all flushes out. Have gotten back to doing 16:8 IF a few days a week, that should help. Happy Hump Day to all.

No worries you are doing good. If I weighed and entered it every day it would look like a rollercoaster

Thanks Rockies, Madwaysmom and Glen. I'm lifting/strength training/whatever you call it 2 to 3 times a week, some type of cardio the rest of the time. Would be nice to gain muscle Glen, I should probably try to keep track of body fat percentage one way or another. I need to take some measurements too, haven't in a long time.

measurements really help or even go by your clothes

That Total Gym really works. More than likely it's water weight from your hard workout. It's that water that flushes toxins out of your muscles for recovery. When the soreness subsides so will the water. You did good...LOL
