Okay I admit it, I busted tonight on the 21-day fix. There was a new Mexican restaurant I wanted to try out, meaning too many grains & not enough veggies today. I was at least able to hold myself down to 2 tacos & 1/2 order refried beans, plus a few tortilla chips & cheese sauce. No dessert, no matter how good it sounded. It's a small victory, but I'll take it. Back to the hard-core 21 day fix tomorrow, but for now I probably need some extra cardio & housecleaning, haha!
