Ok, I am going to call this Day 3 because it is too complicated to remember which day I am on! Been working the plan this week for the most part except for a stress munchkin and some granola as substitute for the protein the other day. I ended up getting full-size candy bars to give out on Halloween and that has turned out well in that I won't open one or else I will blow half a day of food if I do. Promised myself I could have one occasionally but so far not interested. I bet everyone at the dance brings their leftover candy tonight so usually no takers there. I guess I can start giving candy away as gifts for the upcoming birthday celebrations, including my mom's who turns 85 next week!
