fell off...and fell off HARD. why cant I stay on target? :'( Been back on it since Monday (at the recorded weight today). I'll weigh in again on Monday and see how this week panned out.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
