OK, got hydrated today and the weight shows the extra water. Woke at 199.4 but came home at 201.6 after work (where I ate 1000 calories). Topped out at 1729 today to get back on my average daily goal of 1989 calories. Update: Did an hour of HIIT from 11pm to midnight. Back to 199.4. Adjusted numbers shown below.
