syndi55's Journal, 23 March 2015

Just got finished with a 12 hr. shift, checked on my ill daughter, and made hubby something to eat, then straight to downstairs for Zumba 20 min express workout.
Believe me my body is exhausted from being on my feet all day and it was the last thing I wanted to do was Zumba but I did it maybe a little draggy but I completed it and Im glad I did. Yay.
Im going to try and chart my intake then take a shower, and maybe a salad if I have the strength to eat one lol and then straight to bed.
Im back up at 4a to begin another day of 12 hrs. at the center so thought I journal before I prepare for bed. Good night all, God bless.

Hope your daughter feels better. I am so happy for you that you completed the Zumba class it was worth it, you will feel much better. I have had company all weekend long and did not diet much, feel miserable about it, I will get back on track. Just had to take this opportunity to tell you how proud that you are exercising.

Thank you skinnysmile and I know you will get back on track. We must take time out to truly enjoy ourselves also in life. I love the movie eat, pray, love, with Julia Roberts. Its so very important to really enjoy our lives today for we are here now who knows what tomorrow will bring. :)

Yep, I agree Veggie and maybe somewhere in the midst of this journey that we are all on to feel better, I think that we also must take time out to really absorb each of the steps of our new transformation and truly appreciate each and every new step that we take towards our goal.
