Was not really feeling well last night. I was so cold I was shaking (and the house was sitting at 77 degrees). Plus my knees ached and I just felt rotten. Needless to say, I didn't sleep very well. Felt better today except dragging because of getting so little sleep last night. Not sure what that was all about, but I'm feeling good now.
Had lunch with a friend who got French toast with peaches and all sorts of wonderful things. I got a roast veggie sandwich, which was good, though I know they used butter to toast the bread. It was so filling, I could only eat half anyway. I'm pretty confident now that I can go to any restaurant and find something to eat that isn't going to throw me way off track and watch a friend eat something totally off my diet, and really not care. Not really getting any cravings which is very unusual for me.
