Had a great Saturday, was too pooped to journal, when I got home. Had a few surprises on my going out to eat --first mistake I got the whole food bar. I got boiled cabbage greens and pork and fixed a small salad, they had put sugar in the cabbage. and the pork was sweet , so I didn't eat it. so I had greens and a salad. after the show we all met a McDonalds , I had a side salad, with Ranch, thinking most ranch dressings were 2 carbs.... But Newman's Own has 14 gram of carbs glad I read the label, Today I had a grilled chicken salad. Good Lord's day. In the morning is my weigh day . Hope for the green. goodnight....God Bless
