I have a question. Why do I struggle so much with being healthy? I Either barely eat or binge… does anyone have advice for intuitively eating ? I really want to be healthy and eat well.

Alex, unfortunately there's no magic pill. Find a healthy way of eating (WOE) that you can live with for the rest of your life, then use that as a basis for losing weight by finding your RDI (recommended daily intake) and adjusting your meals so that you don't eat more calories than that. Stock your kitchen with healthy foods that you like, and get rid of high-calorie temptations. Weigh, measure and log every bite that goes into your mouth. Remember that this is a marathon, not a sprint, and use this time to develop good eating habits. Love yourself, even when you trip and fall. We are all imperfect humans. Just pick yourself up and continue on your journey. Good luck to you!!

I would look closely at your feelings whenever you want to eat, but are not hungry. There is usually a clue there as to why you find food regulation an issue. This forum is supportive (usually). We try to help each other out when possible. ❤️🔥

You're welcome Anne. By the way, you'll get a lot more encouragement and support if you go public. You don't need to use your real name or picture.

Hey Alex, its ok if you have some bad days with food.. if you keep exercising then any bad food day can be compensated 💪🏼..
Have you been also tracking your macros?
