Starting the P90X diet

1 scoop GNC 100% Whey Protein powder, with water, frozen berries and banana

3-4 egg white omellet with skim mozzarella cheese, turkey breast and fresh salsa

2 Low carb wrap, with turkey breast/chicken breast, baby spinach, romaine lettuce, mustard/salsa

Apple

Pure Protein brand chocolate peanutbutter bar.

1 scoop GNC 100% Whey Protein powder, with water, frozen berries and banana

1 1/2Chicken breast with vegetables or salad (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) Occasionally veggie burger, or fish.
