Weight loss for the last 7 days was 2.4 lbs so no big deal weight is up today. Downward and onward. Average loss was .34 lbs p/day. A little less than I would like but still a loss. My weight goes up or down every day. I don't record it every day but I do weigh. I'm still less than I was before sunburn and puffkin status so all is good.
