Afraid to weigh myself today. Feeling a bit “down”, I got off to a strong start but I haven’t been doing so well this past week. Had family over for drinks and finger food yesterday afternoon-evening and there was so much tempting food about that I wouldn’t normally have in the house. My dog Scout ate a whole plate of chocolate brownies someone left on a low table so ended up spending half the night at the emergency vet. Today I’m tired and craving more junk food but have stuck to healthy options so far. The most important thing is that Scout is going to be fine.
