Goals As I reach my goal weight, I think I need to come up with other goals to achieve in order to not get complacent and start sliding backwards. I have a couple in mind, could use some suggestions. 1. Body Fat percentage under 30% 2. Ability to run up the 7 flights of stairs at my job without stopping, feeling like my legs are going to fall off or feeling like my lungs are going to explode. 3. Running the mile outside without stopping. 4. Running a 5k outdoors
Today is a cardio day, think I will stick with HIIT. Time just flys by when you aren't on the same machine for an hour.

I love your list Mamma! I know you can do all those things - hard work and dedication will get you there. I think you'll be able to run your mile outdoors sooner then you think. It's a lot harder then the treadmill, but it's almost more rewarding. I like HIIT training a lot you really don't notice you're on there for so long when you are constantly going up and down with intervals and slower paces. Hope you achieve all your goals and then some Mamma!

Kudos buddy for the great list. To me, there's nothing more refreshing & stimulating than running outdoors. Take it slow, relax while you run, and take walk breaks when you need to. Your endurance will get stronger & stronger before you know it. :)

Hot, humid weather just does me in! Add allergies to the mix and I find that running outdoors is pretty exhausting. I think that's what makes the 2 outdoor run goals very challenging.
