Well it’s been awhile since I wrote in this journal. I’ve been busy training to drive a school bus over the last six weeks. I showed a significant loss this week and that is mainly due to retaining so much water. It is difficult to drink a lot then stay on a bus all day with no bathrooms lol. Not to mention 78 exuberant children 😂 Then at the bus shed oh my goodness…the main activity there is what fast food are they all ordering for the day! I behaved myself, packed my lunch and escaped to my vehicle to eat. I’m hoping by next week weigh in I’ll have dropped to the twos! And just so y’all know it isn’t easy crawling in and out of a bus all day 300 plus lbs! Well y’all have a good day! All about the mind set!
