Good Morning Self et alia,

Yesterday was successful in that consumed sensibly. Today i will strive for the same simple plan.

Looking ahead, hammock camping tonight and Trout-O-Ree tomorrow with the kids at the Scout reservation. Good Stuff

Look for a picture come Sunday as the fight continues up on the mountain.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 27.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
