Hey Everyone! So I weighed in today and I have only lost 2lbs since my last weigh in. I figure the number on the scaled does not make a difference in how I feel, since I know I have been working out everyday since I started this program and eating healthy. I am sure in time I will notice more of a difference and the numbers will start to drop. My goal is to reach 125 but if I don't no worries just as long as I drop about 4 pant sizes I will be okay with my progress. Hope everyone is doing well.
