Oh my gosh-potatoes and cheese and peanut sauce!?!?! How have I not heard about these before? Sounds and looks amazing. I’m looking up recipes and plotting when my next ignore-the-calorie-count day will be.

GuitarPlayinWoman, they are super yummy! And there really is not much cheese in each one. Less than a serving for sure. The kids' father is Ecuadorian, he was happy for the salsa de mani... I ate them with regular salsa. That peanut sauce contains the real calorie explosion...
