So I woke up starving last night and ate a pack of Skyflakes... argh! lol:) Guessing my body isn't used to eating so much less yet. Will have to clear out the house of bad stuffs so I can't even reach for it. Daytime today is okay. A single Jicama is definitely not enough for a whole lunch though. Will have to pack something better from now on otherwise I will keep buying nuts, coffee and canned fish. Not ideal.

I have a similar case to urs. However, I intend to keep more apple “Gala apple” and orange so every time I got that bad hunger feeling I jump on my fruit dish. Hope this is useful to you.
