anyone out here also like to weigh every day? i know it is not good ( mentally ) but i get excited like a child every day ... i just want to get on that scale haha ... i guess in a way it makes me feel motivated to see i lost like 20gr today 🤣🤣 lol, not that i think the scale will say 20gr, but there is just a excitement to it, i cant explain ...
