It's been a very long roller-coaster ride. I've been going to the gym on a regular basis for four months now. I am in the same weight, measurement, and body fat percentage range, so I am beginning to worry. However, my strength and ability has drastically improved. So, I guess I can't be THAT upset or disappointed.
I'm now scrutinizing my diet even further. I try to eat organic when I can, have cut out a lot of bad things, and am doing my best to stay away from pop.....even Coke Zero.
Here goes another shot.
