Well I'm down to 344! Which is amazing. Yesterday I actually did pretty good. I was only at around 1020 calories when We all decided to go to Lumerie..a casino none of us have been to before. It was alot of fun! We left around 10:30...and didn't get back till 3:40! Since Michael and I had dinner at 7...you can see how we were hungry. So we went to Jack in the Box. I had some fries and chicken. Since I didn't go to sleep until after I ate I spilt it up. Yesterday got the fries (which DID put me over my 1500 goal) and today got the chicken. Of course now this means that I have to be careful what I eat today. That sucks. But I should have thought of that before I ate fast food!

What's worse is now I have heartburn and a serious case of dry mouth cause my body isn't used to fast food anymore. So I'm paying for what Michael likes to call my indescrestions in more ways than one!

You're doing great Bekka! My opinion is, no food is 100% off limits. I just moderate how much of it I eat. My downfall is cake. Keep up the progress & reaching your goals!

Congrats on the weight lost!! You've been working so hard it's good to see it's paid off! And I don't stress if I have one day where my calories are above my goal - it's just one day, and if I stay under on my other days, it all balances out! To get rid of the dry mouth, drink lots of water - once you get rid of the heartburn!

Glad you are still doing so well. Fast food does fight back when you are not used to it. One of the reasons I try not to eat such greasy food anymore. But I agree with Highmaintenance you keep your calories in check and you can do fast food once in a while. Your body is telling you it isn"t happy with fast food. They have some nice salads and lighter food at most fast food places if the greasy isn't agreeing with you. Well done for staying with it.
