I don't know what I'm up to really. Think I'll go low carb and calorie for a bit, give myself a jump start, try to get myself motivated for less weight and not eating crap. Last night was horrible, ate snickers, and two other kinds of chocolate bars back to back then munched on chips. Plus I love eating out! Its all I want to do, like a fix! Hahahahaaaaaaaaaa. Blah
Oh someone asked about my liquids, I don't record them, its usualy diet sodas (bad, I know), sugar free red bulls and water.
