Hello there everyone. Today I am going to get back on track otherwise I may not meet my challenge. I have already walked 18,743 steps & the first 2hours were intense as I walked my dogs on the trail. I love this FitBit as it keeps me on track & it's great to see how well you are doing with your exercise.
We have another warm day here in CA and that makes it harder to keep going you want to sit & relax.
