Baked veggie rolls! I bought the Nasoya brand egg roll wraps in the supermarket. The ingredients were all 'real' and understandable; no preservatives..

Looks delicious! My husband fries his egg rolls on the rare occasions he makes them, but only in a small amount of oil, not deep fried. I didn't realize you could bake them. Did you do anything special?

writingwyo, thank you! Nothing special, really. 350° oven, tinfoil lined baking sheet. The tinfoil was greased and they cooked for 20 minutes, I turned them once at the 10 minute mark. 😊

Sidnay123, thank you! The recipe calls for tofu, but I just used cabbage, carrots, onion and some left over broccoli and greenbeans! Lol
