My weight has gone up... but my muscle mass has gone up more... my waist feels smaller in my jeans.... Im not going to record an official weigh in today - but could I have put on MASS in muscle even though I have slimmed down? - been doing P90X workouts - and I feel like I am giving birth through my belly button but it is allll goood!!!
