Don't worry... cheat daily, it is good for the soul.. just balance it..
you had 120 calories of dressing on your salad (almost half the cake). Try eating the dressing on the side and dipping your fork in it before you pick up salad.. you still taste the dressing, but suddenly find you use only one tenth what you used to use
