You go girl! Woot Woot 4 pounds is awesome!You might want to try to incorporate your exercise with a food diary to excelerate your great progress. A food diary really has seemed to help me know what foods are keeping the weight on as well as calories, fat, carbs, and so on in such a short time! I am much more aware of how many calories I eat and feel more obligated to eat better because I have to write it down! I love the data base here. It has calories of a lot of foods already in here to make things super fast!
