Today I wore shorts to work! Which I NEVER do! I'm just not a huge fan of showing off my legs at work. But I'm actually very glad that I did! I've gotten so many compliments on how great I look and, gosh, I know it sounds cheesy but it feels so good to have people notice! I've been ambushed by people asking me what I've done to lose the weight and there is one person who told me that I had inspired her to change. It really did turn my day around!

I've been very up and down in regards to emotions the last few days. And I've eaten less as a result which probably isn't good...so I'm gonna make an effort to get some more healthy snacks today.

I brought clothes to change into for after work...we have a gym here, I just have to make myself use it! Hey, packing the gym bag is half the battle LOL
