Have decided to go with the old ww program since I have all of the information. Have read and read about the new program and even ordered the new calculator, but seems that there are a lot of issues with the new program. So today is a new day, but with the old way lol :-) For breakfast egg and coffee - still going to stay away from carbs as much as possible and stick with my proteins and fruits and veggies!

From what I remember, doesn't WW have a core program? I thought it limited the amount of "whole" wheat carbs to once a day and as many veggies and lean cuts of meat until full (not stuffed.) I hear that the new program allows fruit to be 0 points. I did better with that than counting points.

Nicole - What Davidsmom says - I think it was what my niece was on and it seemed to be a sound program. Good luck and keep us posted!

Yeah, I've done a lot of reading about the new program and it seems that since fruits are 0 points people are going overboard and not losing. I'm giving a try at morphing ww & atkins in that I'm counting the points, but trying to stick to the proteins and veggies and highly limit my carbs. For example I had coffee and an egg fried with 1 tspoon of butter this morning. Will see how it works. I love that when on atkins I wasn't hungry all the time, so want to stick as close to it as I can and get lots of lean meats. I will keep you all posted. :-) Thanks so much for the encouragement - still :-)

hey hey that sounds like a good plan - it just takes time to get back into the swing of things, it's taken me about 7 years to actually take dieting (sorry lifestyle change) seriously. You know when it's bad when you are heavier than you were when you were pregnant!!!!!! Good luck xxx
