We went away for a week. I did not realize how hard it would be to stick to anything. I did watch my portion sizes though. I did not get to workout as much as I like to either and getting to the computer to log in was not easy. I am so glad to be home and to get back on track. at least I only gained 1 pound. I guess it could have been worse.
