it was an ok day. Had to stop during my new workout routine as I felt light headed. I still managed about 45 minutes of weights. Rested for a bit and went out for a walk in the afternoon. I can really start to see the changes in my body. Clothes are fitting better, which is a big plus. Went out this weekend clothes shopping and I am down a size in jeans. Hopefully I can stay on track and drop another size by NYE.
