I went for my first run today post rolled ankle. I probably should have taken it a bit slower, but I felt great and had to try. If my ankle didn't hurt at all after yoga on Thursday and after dancing like a fool on Friday, I figured it could handle it. It did, but it's a little tender. That's good, though, because that means that if that's all I've got, I give it another day and I should be smooth sailing.

Hurray for running! Ankles are always such a tough call. I got myself good a couple of times twisting them. Glad to see that yours is starting to feel better!

Allie: I do love to run, so I was definitely happy yesterday went so well! (I hope it works out for you! I've never had any problems with it—smelly or otherwise—so I hope it does the same for you!) Kziemianski: They're tempermental creatures, those ankles. I'd done some huge rolls and it didn't leave a mark and I've gotten my foot in a crevasse between cheer mats and sprained it worse than a break. Stupid things.
