Workout 7 October 2022 It has been 57 days since I weighed in and been fighting this respiratory infection for 3 weeks so pretty happy that I have not went to far off base. My workouts have sucked with being a little under the weather but yesterday I hit a PB in my deadlift of 150#! Romanian Deadlift 150 lb 4x5 Bench Press 80 lb 1x7 3x5 Safety Bar Squat 120 lb 1x7 3x5 Chest Supported Dumbbell Row 50 lb 1x7 3x5 Side Plank 3 x 50 seconds each side
