Made a beef kurma and cauliflower fried rice for dinner. 520 cals. Never made a cauliflower fried rice before.

I'm surprised it was soo good, almost taste like the normal rice. No weird or funny taste. Don't know why I haven't tried it before, glad I did now.

Supposed to eat them with my sad attempt at chef s.k17's roasted romas, but they were soo good I couldn't stop eating them until they were gone.

@s.k please give your honest opinion about the roasted romas. Too thin, too crispy etc.😋

I think that if again when the aces put a container with water they would come out less dry, and the oven at the beginning only low and almost at the end also up.👍

Navywifeski, I've known about it ever since I started keto. Scratching my head thinking why I haven't tried it earlier. It's too awesome. Glad I can enjoy the taste of rice again😋. He does, I was surprised how good the roasted romas was.

3dkids, thanks for the kind word🌻. Never made the romas before so don't know what to expect. Mine looks a little dry compared to s.k's. To put into perspective it tasted like a spaghetti sauce chips, if there's such a thing😅. Super yummy tho😋

Those slow-roasted romas look awesome ginome😍😋 You roast them to your liking as long as they don‘t burn and get bitter. 👍👍

Those tomatoes look awesome. That’s funny, I was thinking about making them too. Did sk say tomatoes were to be roasted on low heat for a few hours? That intrigued me!

You can also just roast them to the texture you like, sprinkle with a bit of balsalmic vinegar and a few shreds of mozzarella and come to roast just until chess is melted

Thanks and noted s.k, I deviate a bit because of my limited resources 😅. Used dried parsley and whatever oil available.

Thanks yfritz😊🌻. Did you made them already? I did used the lowest temp for about an hour, then crank up a bit for 15, then back to the lowest for another hour. Guess I need to be more patient 😁
