* Morning Workout: Short Bike Ride (2.33 miles)
Achilles injury is healing. Able to walk with
little pain but still very cautious.
* Evening Workout:
Power 90 - Phase 3/4 - Cardio & Abs
Light on cardio, skipped portions of
stretching and yoga that would affect
achilles. No jumping.
