What a day this is going to be. I am in day 8 of my renewed induction phase of Atkins. The sun is coming out and it is going to get up to 70! I did well yesterday and only posted 20 carbs. Today I got up and had a salad with tuna. I really got tired of eggs and sausage. I put on a pair of really tight jeans to help me keep focused on what I have to do. Tonight is league night for my hubby and I plus he wants to bowl a practice game before we go so It will be at least 4 games of bowling today. Good exercise.
