So, I have not been on plan so much--as you can see by my carb intake--yet somehow managed to lose some weight.

That's exciting. However, it really is time to reign in these carbs. I make my weekly trip to the grocery store today and I am loading up on vegetables and meat, protein shake ingredients and only a bit of fruit.
