First, does anyone know how to delete old/unfinished challenges? They're discouraging and I want to remain positive. Next, I planned out a day's meals in hopes of guiding myself through the next 10 hours. Not starving. Keeping Kcals burned higher than Kcals consumed. Just got off the elliptical. Friday is weigh-in day. Please, oh PLEASE God, let me be a pound lighter.
