Reminder this happens every few weeks. 1800 calorie a day deficit, exercising and the scale says instead of losing weight gaining. At some point, just like in the past, going to step on the scale and be 5 pound down. Take solace in the fact that the new clothes bought three weeks ago that were nice and snug are now border line loose.
