goooooood morning...its hard to quit a site that i have grown with for the last 4 years...its been an education for me..stuff i should have known and yet...i guess stuff that got shoved to the back of my mind....i have thought alot this week about not being here...and i feel that im letting myslf down by not journaling my food an exercise...journaling on here day to day for me is my way of being able to read back thru my journal when i need to ...to motivate myslf, to see what i was doing when i was having a good week, or bad week an what i did to get back on track once again...this week has been ok with the exception of yesterday when i cut grass again...when im tired...my eating gets alittle outta control...so il just call yesterday my cheat day...having a cheat day i think is something thats good...throws your body outta sync....makes it think...o ooooooooo boy....hes going back to old habits...sooooooo...guess its better that i get back to old habits of journaling when i have somethin to say ....didnt exercise this morning was tired...so the plan is to go tomow...and do that...have a great day everyone...and thanks for the support....
