Motivation
Today i took 6 kilo's and carried them with me all day. 0.5 on each arm. 1 on each leg en two water bottles in my backpack 2x1.5 liter. It is not even near the weight i still want to lose, but is was the weight i gained in half a year... It really did shock me back to submission... If you ever need a wakeupcall, just carry 5 kilo all day long and see how much impact it has on your energy, your mood, your body!
So i made a new deal: - eat no more then 1000 kcal and the next day i get to drop a kilo from the bag. 1000-1500 i get to drop 0.5 kilo. 1500-2000 no change, 2000+ i must add another kilo.
lets see what happens... i like being my own guinea pig.
