A very interesting day .. not everything turned out the way I thought it would but I won't complain! I went back to practising IF (the bulletproof version) today and my aim was to have lunch before leaving for piano lessons. Well, I wasn't hungry at that time so I did notact on it - so here I am at almost 6 pm eating real food for the first time today. I could have gone for possibly another hour or two. That bulletproof coffee and the lemon water was really an appetite suppressant. Either that or something else ... I don't know what.
I have lamb chops in the oven, my sister cooked some white fish with veggies (she's bringing it over) and I quickly whipped up some tuna/onions which I had a substantial portion of just now. I will likely have some coleslaw drizzled with MCT coconut oil and a cup of something hot - that will be it for the day I think. I need to ensure I have enough in my tummy to take me to at least lunch time tomorrow.
It's been a good day with the fasting and surprisingly easier than I thought it would be getting back on. May aim is 16 hours daily fast which should be manageable since I sleep for a good portion of that. Have a good evening everyone!
