Trying to figure out the weight stall so I am paying attention to what I am eating and upping my exercise a little to see if that will push me through. Been very busy taking care of my husband since his bypass surgery so I am struggling with me time.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
