For breakfast before the gym today i had yogurt, blueberries and multi-grain cheerios Sanck - had a Light & fit peach yogurt. Lunch - Red wheat cereal and a cup of soy milk snack - cualifower Dinner- Southwestern-style soup and a fresh salad (italian dressing) Snack - Crystal Light frozen pop
